Experience a day of fun as you go through challenging, yet enjoyable movements that bring you back to your childhood playground days. Do things like jumping from various benches, climbing onto different walls and even swinging from branches or bars.

More importantly, it’s all about having fun and play. You’ll go home feeling more alive, fitter and excited to further develop your understanding of being healthy the fun way.

Is it about the nutritional components, that have been deemed necessary for the human body by scientific experiments?

Is it about Protein, Carbohydrates or Fibre, and the proportion of it?

In the face of all the in formation we have, we suddenly seem to know a lot but at the same time also know so little – when it comes to application.

Ask the average person what a balanced diet is like, and he would be able to tell you that he should eat from each food group (meat, vegetables and…..
